Claiming Olivia II Read online

I reached an arm over toward the hand towel dispenser and ripped a piece off to dry my face with.

I crumbled the damp paper towel in my hand tossed it into the hole between the two sinks. Shaking off my annoyance, I looked up into the mirror to make sure I was still presentable when I jumped. Alejandro was standing behind me smiling at my reflection.

“Shh...” he said putting a finger to his lips.

He turned me around to face him and lifted me up onto the cold, hard ceramic. His smile widened slightly as he reached down and pulled my pants and panties off.

“What if someone comes in?” I asked nervously.

“Then we’ll get thrown out,” he replied simply as he unzipped his pants and let them fall down to his ankles.

  “But what if –”

“No more questions, Olivia,” he said quietly as he pulled me closer to the edge of the sink. “Hold on tight, Princesa.”

  He pushed into me.

Even though I knew it was going to happen and should have expected it, it still shocked me. I wrapped my arms around his shoulders as he pulled out and smirked.

“What the hell?” I asked in a semi euphoric frustration. “Why did you stop?”

“Maybe I want to ask questions now,” Alejo said with a playful grin.

“Fuck that,” I grunted. I pulled his face toward mine and kissed him roughly, using one hand to guide him back inside of me.

“Fuck that,” I grunted. I grabbed the back of his head and pulled his face toward mine to kiss him roughly, using my free hand to guide him back inside of me. I couldn’t help the low sigh of contentment that slipped from my lips into his mouth.

I closed my eyes and let all of the feelings of being with him again, take over me. I moaned quietly as Alejo moved in and out of me slowly and steadily, but with a heavenly force that I had missed during our time apart. It had been over a year since I last had sex, so even though he was hardly being rough, it still hurt more than it would at any other time he filled me to the max.

But the feeling of his smooth, thick, amazing cock moving in and out of me was something my body wanted badly, so I bit back the pain and wrapped my legs around him as I swiveled my own hips back and forth to meet his as he slammed into me.

“More,” I gasped, stars beginning to form behind my closed lids as my body climbed higher and higher, closer to climax than I’d been in forever.

Shortly after the tremors of my release began take over, he tipped over the edge into his own much needed orgasm, leaving me in the cold and without my own release.

He immediately removed his cock from my swollen and needy pussy once he regained his full functionality. I felt his hands on my legs as he pried my vice grip off of him and he picked me up off of the sink and stood me upright on wobbly legs and shaky feet.

Alejandro reached for some paper towels and dampened them with some water and cleaned me off of him. He pulled his underwear and pants back up, zipping himself up and checking himself out in the mirror before he winked at my reflection and walked out of the bathroom.

While I stood there, naked from the waist down, with desire starting to trickle down my thigh, and in complete and utter disbelief at the fact that he just stopped.

In a sudden fit of anger, I grabbed some towels, cleaned myself up, and got dressed. I walked out of the bathroom on shaky legs and went back to our table. I plunked down in the seat across from him as he drank his wine, avoiding my eyes with an amused smile on his face. Too bad that he didn’t glance up because he missed the flames that I sent his way with my eyes.

“What the hell was that?” I hissed at him, crossing my arms over my chest.

He set his wine glass down and looked at me, the smile getting a little bigger and grating on my nerves just a little harder.

“You seemed distant and upset for a moment. I just wanted to make sure I still had your attention,” he said.

“So, you sort of fuck me to get my attention? And leave me hanging?” I asked incredulously. Did some of Mitchell’s dick wad personality rub off on him while we were in the States?

“It worked though didn’t it? I have your full attention now. You’re still upset I see, but once we get to Italy, everything will be as it should be. I can deal with your sour expression for now,” he replied with a laugh.

I pushed my half full plate toward the edge of the table. I knew I was behaving like a brat, but so was he. Playing some dumb game to make sure he still had my attention? How was that even acceptable?

The waitress came over and grabbed my plate. She looked at Alejo and they said something to each other that I didn’t understand. I reached for my purse and fished around looking for my cigarettes. I wasn’t sure if I could smoke inside this restaurant, but it was so pretty that I wouldn’t want to even if I could.

“I’m gonna go outside,” I said to him, holding up my pack.

“Take your belongings with you. She’s bringing the check, so I’ll probably have that paid for before you come back in anyway,” he said cheerfully.

I nodded and pushed my chair in. I walked out of the restaurant, avoiding Alejandro’s eyes as I tried to find the lighter that I knew had to be hiding in there somewhere. I found it once I stepped out into the pretty night and walked down the slight hill of a street that the restaurant sat on until I reached the bottom and I sat down. I put my cigarette in my mouth and lit, inhaling deeply and feeling somewhat peaceful in that alone moment.

Maybe I should just ditch him and wander around Europe for the rest of my life, I thought to myself as I let a cloud of smoke out. Maybe it would do me some good to be alone for a while.

As I sat lost in my thoughts of a possible happily alone ever after, the sun finally set leaving me in the darkness and solitude of the moon with no stars. And as I looked up and wondered why the moon was so alone when it finally had a chance to shine, I knew that I’d never truly be happy spending my life by myself.

My ever after was supposed to be with Mitchell and it would’ve been if I hadn’t gone to Spain. I wouldn’t be sitting here in a somewhat poetic confusion and I’d push through everything that came at me with him. I would endure; not because I would have to, but because he saved me once and because I did love him. Even if he didn’t love me anymore, which was something I often wondered about. But that was also the reason I had come to Spain with Cassidy. I wanted to see if there was anything else out in the world for me and in the form of Alejandro, there was.

I chuckled thoughtfully to myself as I pulled out my cell phone and found the camera. With my cigarette hanging out of the side of my mouth it was hard not to get a smoke train in the picture so to speak, but when I finally was able to get a good shot, I figured the smoke wouldn’t mean much.

I looked at the picture and rolled my eyes when I saw that it was mostly a dark shot. I glanced over my shoulder and then back up at the sky and had an awesome idea. Throwing my cigarette onto the floor and stomping out, I turned, jogged back up the small hill, and stood in front of the restaurant. This way I’d be able to catch the city lights in the picture as well and it would look like what something never seen before.

I examined the picture I took and smiled. I used the share option on my phone to open my contacts and when I found who I was looking for, sent the picture with the caption:

  How bad ass is this?

I waited a few moments, but no response came. I chalked it up to the time difference and put my phone back into my purse with a smile.

  “Ready?”

I glanced at the entrance of the restaurant and grinned at Alejandro. My mood was so much better in those few moments that I had to myself.

“Yeah, let’s go to Italy!” I replied enthusiastically.

Venice had to be the most beautiful, classic city I had ever been to in my life. I couldn’t even believe that I was there; it seemed like a dream that I had walked into and didn’t want to wake up from.

We had arrived the next morning via Alejo’s private plane. He
kept his hands to himself by sleeping near the front, while I holed myself up in the back and turned my luggage into a makeshift fort. I didn’t want any more half assed encounters.

Alejandro and I spent a good portion of our day wandering around the Piazza San Marco. He had obviously been to Venice before because he was more interested in watching my reactions to everything I saw.

“I have tourist written all over me don’t I?” I asked with a laugh.

“I think it’s the hat,” he teased.

“There’s nothing wrong with my hat, Señor Castillo!” I replied adjusting the large black floppy hat I was wearing on my head. I gave him a playful shove and he laughed.

“You look beautiful today, Olivia. I’m only teasing you.”

I stuck my tongue out at him and smoothed out the bottom of my black and purple sundress. It was a warm day in Venice and I wanted to be able to enjoy it without sweating all over the place, so I dressed lightly and even though he told me it would be a bad idea, completed my outfit with black wedged flip flops.

“How far is Rome from here?” I asked, holding up my phone and taking another picture of the Basilica.

“About four hours by train,” he replied. “We can go tomorrow if you’d like. Today, I’d rather spend in Venice.”

“Yeah, that would be cool!” I replied enthusiastically.

“Then it’s settled,” he replied with a nod. I glanced up at him and grinned. Maybe he was bueno and maybe I should be focusing more on him than my phone and the sights to see around me. I mean if I wound up choosing Alejandro, then we’d come to Venice whenever we wanted.

“Are you hungry?” he asked, rubbing his stomach.

“I see you are,” I replied poking his arm. Alejo laughed and I threw an arm around his waist. “I could eat. Besides, I wanted to tell you a story.”

I let him lead me a very short walk away from the Piazza to a place called Caffe Florian. When we entered, I felt like I had been taken back in time to 19th century Venice. It was absolutely breathtaking inside and when I put my hand to my chest and gasped in absolute wonder, Alejo leaned down and kissed the top of my head.

“Still not as beautiful as you,” he whispered.

I felt my face turn red as he gave me a gentle squeeze before launching into rapid Italian with the waiter that had greeted us. He’s pretty cute, I thought looking at the young man with the thick black hair, chocolate brown eyes, and huge smile.

“That hat isn’t hiding that you find him attractive, you know,” Alejo leaned down and whispered to me as we followed the waiter. I giggled and he gave my ass a gentle slap before we reached our table.

Once we were both seated, I opted for coffee and some kind of pastry that Alejo had to explain to me. He opted for almost the same except he wound up getting three pastries and told me we’d have to go somewhere else to eat after this because it wouldn’t do a thing to fill him. It was true though; I remember reading one time that men that had some muscle to them ate an insane amount of calories a day to coincide with their work outs.

“So, you said you wanted to tell me a story?” he asked, leaning back in his seat.

“Yeah. I guess I should start by pointing out the obvious. My last name isn’t really Kingsley; it’s Mitch’s. I introduced myself like that to you because I was just so used to it, especially since he is –was my fiancée. Anyway,” I leaned back in my seat as the waiter brought our order and waited for him to leave before I continued, “My last name is Nixon.”

I stopped to sip my coffee and break a piece off of my pastry. It was white crusted and had some kind of red fruit filling in the middle. I tasted it carefully and sighed at the decadence.

“This is so good,” I said happily. “Try a piece.”

Alejandro leaned forward and bit part of it off, nodding in agreement. Then he leaned back in his chair again and tapped his spoon lightly against the saucer his cup came on, waiting for me to go on.

“I met Mitch when I was 16. I had dropped out of high school and he had just graduated. I think I met him at a skate park, but to be honest with you that was so long ago that I can’t be sure. I kind of fell in love with his charisma; I mean I was such a young kid and watching the way he interacted with everyone, you could never distinguish between who was his friend and who was a stranger.” I stopped momentarily and sighed, “If you don’t want to hear this, I’ll stop. I just wanted to get this out is all.”

“If I didn’t want to hear what you had to say, I would have already requested that you stop,” Alejo replied gently. “Please continue.”

I smiled at him and bit another piece of my pastry off before I continued. “Okay so anyway, Mitch saw me sitting off by myself under one of the trees just watching everyone on the ramps and stuff and he came over to talk to me. I mean he was super cool about it; he introduced himself even though I was painfully shy, he almost immediately pulled me out of my shell when he started to talk video games. I didn’t know it then but Mitch could look at a person and figure out something they liked and go from there. I think he guessed mine so easily because I had a small pair of dangly Nintendo controller earrings on.

We spent the rest of the morning and afternoon chatting. He made me laugh a lot, but then again that’s one thing Mitch is really good at. At the end of that first day, he helped me get to my feet and I remember hugging him thinking that I had found a great friend. And I honestly did, but we didn’t stay just friends for long. It took about six months before he finally made a move and I was so smitten with him that I just let it happen I guess. Maybe a year after that I moved in with him.

The first year was great. I mean it was sex all the time, we barely fought; just drank ourselves silly and played video games from the time the sun went up to when the sun went down on the weekends. On the weekdays, I couldn’t wait to get home from work so I could go home and just be near him.

That didn’t last longer than a year though. The sex slowed down dramatically and I was always made to feel like I had done something wrong. Always. He would play video games still but he would sit in the other room while I stayed in the bedroom watching Netflix alone. I wound up getting a second job just so I wouldn’t feel so alone all the time. On the rare occasion that he did decide that I was good enough to fuck, it was usually a three minute jamboree session and when he was done it was over.

I honestly believe in my heart that’s the reason I was so eager to go off with you, Alejo. I saw an old spark of Mitch in your eyes and I wanted to feel loved again. I wanted to feel like I was the only one that mattered to someone and you gave that to me.

Running around Spain with you, running away with you period, just seemed so romantic that I had to do it. I can honestly say now thinking about it, that part of me did love you. Not wholly, but enough to want to see what life could be like with you. You’re so kind and so funny and even though that ex-girlfriend mishap was way more than I should’ve been exposed too, I still found pieces of my heart wanting you.

  And here I am rambling.

My point is this; Mitchell may not be a perfect man but he was once. He may not be the best fiancée anyone could ever hope for, but even when I feel at my most alone, I know that he loves me more than anyone ever has.

That’s what you’re up against and I thought it would only be fair to you to know it,” I said quietly.

Alejandro tilted his head to the side when I was done talking, “Did you say that parts of you loved me?”

I nibbled on my pastry and nodded.

“Still? Or is this in the past?”

“Still,” I replied honestly looking up into his dazzling hazel blue eyes.

“Then that’s all I need to know,” he replied with a smile. “Finish that up. We need to get real food before I pass out.”

I laughed and he smiled as he threw some money onto the table, got to his feet and held out his hand to me.

I took it firmly and let him lead me out of the Caffe back into the Piazza.

>   We were staying at the Palazzo Sant'Angelo sul Canal Grande. It was absolutely stunning and he kept it a surprise until it was time to check in. He also told me that this is where we would be staying for the rest of our trip to Italy.

I had to admit that Alejandro was seriously putting his best foot forward trying to impress me, but since I didn’t know for sure what his intentions were, I couldn’t base everything off of this. No matter how much money he had, if he didn’t love me at the end of this, then it would be pointless to leave someone who did.

We stayed there until the sun went down, though nothing happened. I sat in the chair closest to the window and snapped pictures on my phone, sending them back to America, while he sat on the bed and watched television.

“Would you do something for me, Livie?” Alejo suddenly asked.

  “Sure, what’s up?”

“Take this down to the front desk and wait until they give you what I’m asking for please,” he said scribbling something onto the notepad in the room.

“What is it?” I asked curiously as I slid my flat flip flops on and went over to him.

“Read it if you want to know,” he replied with a mischievous grin. I glanced down and rolled my eyes when I realized it was written in Italian.

“I’ll be back,” I said, leaning down and kissing him on his cheek.

I left the room with the note firmly in my hand and made my way to the elevator. I pressed the call button and stepped in when it opened. Leaning against the back I watched the numbers and let out my breath in an impatient huff. I hope this wasn’t something illegal or embarrassing that I’d be doing for him.

But I put on a big smile as soon as the elevator doors opened and walked dutifully toward the front desk, handing the young girl behind the counter the paper.

The girl took the note with a curious smile, read it, giggled, and disappeared into the back office. I raised an eyebrow and wondered exactly what the hell I had given her. Five minutes passed and she still hadn’t returned, so I went and sank down into one of the huge comfy chairs in the lobby.
